Returns Policy
**The following cancellations and returns information applies to "In Stock" orders only and excludes "bespoke orders".
(If the furniture you order is bespoke, this will be indicated to you by one of our sales consultants at the time of purchase)
Decided not to keep your purchase?
Just notify us in writing within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
Simply complete the form below informing us that you no longer wish to keep your order along with your reason for returning it. We will reply within 48 Hours to authorise the return.
We will not be able to take responsibility for quoted and courier lead times, in the unlikely event that your order is delayed by a third party courier and you wish to cancel your order, this will be classed as "change of mind"
Step 1
Ensure any item for return is in the condition that you received it
Assembled or part assembled flat packed furniture will void any return rights for "change of mind" or defects that have not been reported or refused on delivery.
We will not be able to refund you in full if there are any signs of damage or misuse when your item is received and inspected.
Step 2
Ensure that any item is repackaged in the original packaging and available for collection within 14 days.
Step 3
Once you have confirmation that we have received your cancellation and the item is back in our warehouse and has been inspected, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method you used, less the cost of the collection of the item and any admin and restocking fees that apply.
Refunds made to a credit or debit card may not show in your account straightaway due to the clearing time required by banks to process the refund. Typically, this can take up to seven working days, but varies depending on the bank. Please contact your card issuer or bank directly with any queries.
My product arrived damaged or faulty
Please contact us immediately via email on info@furnitureedit.com to report any damage.
It's rare that a product arrives damaged but if it does you must refuse the item at the point of delivery and it will be returned with the driver.
How to report a damaged product:
1. Log the incident via the contact us form.
2. The customer service team will contact you with clear instructions on what images and information you will need to send.
3. We will respond to you within 48 hours to inform you of the next steps.
